Witnessing firsthand fashion’s negative impact on people and the planet, Mckillian took a deep dive into sourcing more eco-conscious and ethical brands to style her clients in but knew that if she was finding it difficult to discover labels which put the planet first, then other people must be, too. Enter GALERIE.LA, which Mckillian founded in 2015 to bring sustainable fashion to the masses.
